We launched into the first program of 2017 by looking at a really good example of the importance of questioning your answers that arise from the discovery of a "new organ" in the human body. Bil shared some new science around the practice of Transcendental Meditation, which decreases heart risks by nearly 5o percent. Then we looked at the Principle of Intelligence and a freewheeling discussion about the Unity White Stone Ceremony. We restarted Chapter 6 ("World Ethos: Living in Harmony With the Order of the Universe") in Lothar Schafer's book, Infinite Potential. We pointed out some seeming disconnectedness from the first section of the book as we talked about cosmic order and world order, Darwinism, and his view of the effect of the European sciences.
