For a lot of people, even successful ones, there’s a feeling that never goes away. It’s imposter syndrome, not feeling like the true expert that you are. For years, I let that feeling hold me back from getting featured on podcasts or launching my first solo podcast. The conventional advice didn't work for me. I never bought the idea that if I just knew a little more than my clients, I was now an "expert." But I remembered something from my musician background that really helped me. What lesson can we learn from the most talented musicians, and how can we apply it to business? Why is that the people with the highest skill level, the biggest bag of tricks, are the most humble?
