Richard Rosenberg, consultant to CGAP, highlights the biggest findings of “Portfolios of the Poor”. Richard has been with CGAP since its founding in 1995. He has written or contributed to numerous CGAP publications. His current areas of focus include interest rate issues, over-indebtedness, and regulation of microfinance. He is a core faculty member of the Microfinance Training Program at The Boulder Institute.
