Welcome to The Mid-Atlantic Championship Podcast. On this episode of the show, Mike Sempervive returns to take a look at Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling from December 11, 1982, featuring:

* The heavy gloating continues from Sgt. Slaughter, Don Kernodle, Ric Flair and Greg Valentine over all of the serious damage done to Jay Youngblood and Roddy Piper, as well as all four in action.

* Speaking of Piper, the Hot Rod is banned from the studio whenever Flair and Valentine are appearing – which allows for Cowboy Bob Orton the opportunity to shine on the microphone.

* Orton, along with the Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant, attempts to work his charisma magic on the very vanilla Mike Rotundo.

* The cold war between Mid-Atlantic champion Jack Brisco and Paul Jones rages on.

* Ron Ritchie’s stock is down, Mike Davis’ is up, and Knoxville veteran Rick Connors makes a television appearance.

* Plus, tons of historical context, important results from around the circuit, incredible promos, and so much more on another exciting edition of the Mid-Atlantic Championship Podcast!

The Mid-Atlantic Championship Podcast is a production of the Arcadian Vanguard Podcast Network.
