Melrose High School students Valencia Worship and Denierio Lowe are joined by Whitney Williams, Education Director with RedZone Ministries on this episode of Mid-South View Point with host Byron Tyler. The Orange Mound community in Memphis, TN was the first African-American community establish in the United States. Like many urban neighborhoods plague with poverty, gangs, and drugs Orange Mound has its challenges too. RedZone provides teens with Biblically based life skills, positive role models, and help build better families for a brighter future. This program originally aired live on February 13, 2018 on the Bott Radio Network affiliate 640 AM and 100.7 FM in Memphis, TN.
