Before the metaphorical twit hits the fan, let me confess that I don’t like Twitter.
You see, I’m an old-school-write-it-out-in-long-form-type-of-guy who really gives a twit about sports journalism.
I take my sports writing very seriously.
I’m not a proponent of horse-twit wanna-bees who always seem to live on Twitter.
These young bucks think sports journalism is shooting the twit in abbreviations that cover only a couple lines of text.
So, why do sports fans tolerate this nonsense?
MIKE on sports, sports humor, Twitter, hashtags, tweets, American sports culture, fun sports facts, sports cliche, sports history, sports stuff you should know, sports journalism
