Boots recently received Sundance Film Festival's Vanguard Award for the film. Boots talks with us about his artistic and organizing history, discusses how getting a film this is radical produced for mass consumption is possible in a society like ours, and discusses the importance of militant labor organizing in the left’s ability to build power.
