Today’s Show - Successful Daily Strategies -Today’s show is on how we tackle and approach each day with confidence and certainty. -You too can set the stage, preparing the stage, if you don’t the day can get away from you,set in motion what you want to see for the days outcome. -The lens through which we look through. We project the future. If we want to change our reality we have to change the movie we are replaying in our mind -Our current reality is what we saw and say in the past Strategy one: JOURNAL daily flow -pen to paper encourages creativity, empathy, visualization, goal setting, discipling q#1-what are the things i can do today that will serve my higher purpose? q#2-what are the thoughts I will think today that will guide me towards finding, following and living my purpose? q#3-what are the current challenges that are holding me back? q#4-how are these current challenges within my control to change Weekly journal q#1-what are you grateful for this week? q#2-In which ways are you proud of yourself q#3-In which was did you struggle this week and can plan to be better prepared for this struggle next week? q#4-How does your body feel this week? How do you want it to feel? What can you do to create that feeling? q#5-How does your mind feel this week?How do you want it to feel?What can you do to create that feeling? q#6-What is your biggest strength you have going for you? q#7-What self doubt or negativity do you need to plan to overcome and how will you ? q#8-In what areas do you need to ask for help? q#9-What is your successful outcome for next week Strategy two: This is a meditation, visualisation, affirmation. “49 Breaths” is a series of breaths that are followed by affirmations. This form of meditation originated from Dr. Sid E. Williams D.C., the creator of the Dynamic Essentials Meeting , and it is designed to energize the spirit and connect the physical body back to the source within. To Begin: Start seated at the edge of your chair, with shoes off and feet connected to the ground. Place your hands gently on your knees palms up and close your eyes. Set your intention for your meditative practice and acknowledge the time you have set aside to give back to yourself. When you are ready, place your palms down and begin the series of breaths. The breaths are done in through the nose and out through the mouth. When breathing in bring your head up and back as if looking at the sky or the ceiling and puff your belly out and with the breath out bringing your head down as if looking at your belly or chin to chest and pull your belly in. The breaths are broken up into 4 series each with affirmations in between. The palms are down for the breaths and palms are up and spirit is open during the affirmations. · 7 Breaths -> Affirmations · 14 Breaths -> Affirmations · 14 Breaths -> Affirmations · 14 Breaths -> Affirmations · End w/ a deep inhale followed by a big sweeping sigh or “Om” For a copy download of today’s meditation hop on over to our facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Megawatt-Brain-Institute-263401907401186/ Strategy three: Questions to ask yourself throughout the day Morning questions: What am I most grateful for right now? Whom do i absolutely love? Who loves the crap out of me? What am I most grateful about in my life right now? Midday Questions? What am I committed to right now? What’s my intention for this moment? What am I most proud of in my life right now? End of day Questions? How did whatever I experienced today ( whether positive or negative) serve me? What worked and what didn’t work today, and how can I improve? Tough Situation Questions? What is my sight now allowing me to see? What good is here that I presently cannot see? What would love do now? What is your biggest lesson you learned this week? Dr. Laura - Getaway and enjoy down time Ashely- What lessons and fears do our children pick up from us Intention deck card- our listeners will enjoy that each week we are going to pull a random card from our intention deck.The goal of the intention deck is to randomly pick a card, focus on it, make it your mantra for learning , growing and achieving more. These are physical deck and digital download. We will tell our audience when they are ready for purpose. Don’t forget to dance.
