These are dark times, no doubt it but perhaps we fail to realize that this darkness is due to our collective agreement to buy into the illusion of what we think life is supposed to be. Finding light in the darkness has far more to do with what is happening in our heads and in our hearts. In this episode, I talk about having existential crises and pull some principles from existential therapy.
