Today, I share with you an interview that I had recently with the one and only Eddy Lindenstein of the Mind and Fitness Podcast!

After having his shoulder rebuilt, Eddy was almost fully recovered when his most severe pain started – he had seen 24 different doctors, and had been diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, knee tendonitis, Sciatica and C-Diff throughout the course of the past two years. Eddy went from competitive weight lifter, to restricted of all physical activity in just a few short months. After meeting with the 25th doctor along his journey, she actually suggested the concept of the mind-body connection, after which he soon discovered Dr. Sarno’s book Healing Back Pain, and was 70% better the day after reading it.

He shares with us today what he believes to be the most important steps toward recovery – there is so much wisdom within this conversation – you don’t want to miss it!
