Und ich stelle die Frage danach, was es heißt, als Lehrerin der Achtsamkeit eine authentische Stimme zu haben. Wie verleiht sich diese im Unterricht Ausdruck? Jeder von uns kennt das schmerzhafte Gefühl, nicht authentisch zu sein und nicht das zu sagen, was einem wirklich am Herzen liegt. In dem Podcast erforsche ich diesen Schmerz und zeige Möglichkeiten auf, ihn zu verwandeln und so zu nutzen, dass sowohl Schüler als auch Lehrer etwas davon lernen können.
