Bagian kedua wawancara dengan Ibu Nenny Soemawinata. Seseorangnya yang telah 40 tahun meniti karir dan masih terus berkarya. Pengalaman bekerja bermula dari dunia advertising selama 16 tahun sebelum pindah ke TV dimana pernah menjabat sebagai CEO ANTEVE juga Direktur Operasional RCTI. Sayapun bertemu pertama kali dengan beliau saat masih menjabat sebagai Managing Director Putera Sampoerna Foundation. Dan kini karena rasa tanggung jawabnya terhadap generasi masa depan beliau mendirikan The Transformation Institute, a customized services focuses on leadership and organization development.
Ibu Nenny percaya bahwa main aspect dari karir yang panjang adalah passion. Melalui kata-katanya, beliau mengatakan bahwa, “We’re gonna go through a lot of challenges jatuh bangun, so the only thing that gets us through all of this is, if we are passionate on what we do. Because you’re gonna make a lot of sacrifices and if you’re not passionate how will you survive ?
