On today’s episode we talk with Professor Peter St. Osange. Peter is an economics professor at the heritage foundation. Peter is a frequent contributor to Coindesk and the Wall Street Journal, and he’s a fellow at the Mises Institute.
In this episode we discuss the fundamental differences between Keynesian and Austrian economics, the concept of hoarding money as ethical and what would happen if the US dollar lost its reserve status. We also discuss El Salvador’s Bitcoin legal tender law.
Peter compares the current economy to where we were with the 08-09 financial crisis, and he gives predictions on how long this current debt cycle can last. Peter gives an interesting analysis on the fundamental driver to Bitcoin’s price volatility. And Peter gives his price predications for Bitcoin.
