He served as a priest in the Diocese of Ogdensburg until his installation by Pope Francis in August of 2019. Since then, he has lead us through the Covid pandemic, a reorganization of our Diocese and is now spearheading a promising diocesan-wide initiative focusing on the importance of catechesis for the faithful and also a National Eucharistic Revival. While doing all of this, Bishop Lucia remains active in parish life, serving as pastor of St. Margaret's Church in Mattydale , NY.25 episodes
