A few years ago, Jared Hiett took over as Director of HSE for Doggett Industries, one of our country's leading providers of heavy machinery rental and equipment.
Jared looked at the substantial risks their field people are exposed to and said "not on my watch" He then began to develop a company safety culture that his entire team is all in for.
