Three very different women with diverse backgrounds coming together to discuss women in combat sports and the struggles that come associated with the love of these sports. Episode 1 is an introduction to who we are and how each lady got into jiujitsu and combat sports. First, Janie Meadows who is a purple belt in BJJ, Coach, Mother, Oklahoma native, competitor, and blonde bombshell. Then, Julia Avila our resident female MMA fighter, scientist, Latina flavor, panda lover, general athlete and goofball. Finally, we will introduce Mac Coplin our little ethnic beauty, photographer, young un, sassy pants and strong woman. The different backgrounds and experiences offer unique perspectives on the life of the female combat sport athlete.
