Let’s talk about Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa was created in 1966 by Maulana Ron Karenga to reaffirm and restore African heritage and culture and to introduce the Nguzo Saba Seven Principles.

Now more than 50 years later, many of us still celebrate this holiday but it has changed over the years. So on this episode, we will discuss whether or not you celebrate Christmas and Kwanzaa. Is this holiday only for People of Color? Why is it important for the black community to celebrate Kwanzaa, especially during these times?
