We are always complaining about needing a break. Well let's find some ways to insert little breaks in our day to help ourselves out. Don't worry, this doesn't include before they wake up, nap times or after bed time... these ideas are for when you're in the thick of it and need a break!

An important step is choosing the right type of break. We discuss some ideas that fall within these 4 categories:
