You ask an individual what their goal is and most times the answer you get revolves ONLY around the finances...but efforts deserves more than just that and most times we don't know because we never stated them, never outlined them ....so we just work hard to earn hard and have no clear sight of the 'much more" & that is exactly what this episode is trying to make us realize, we need to set out this goals before we can work efficiently towards them.
