Everyone you meet is fighting a battle. Just because they don't show it outwardly doesn't mean it's not there. With the surmounting amount of hats that black women have to wear as the caretaker, confidant, provider, friend, sister, mother, and more it's no wonder that taking care of our mental health is the last thing on the to-do list.
