In this episode, Kam takes the perfect opportunity to highlight single motherhood as it relates to healthy dating! From experience, Kam is well aware that getting back out there after experiencing something as life-altering as motherhood can be very difficult. But even more strenuous is trying to navigate healthy dating while navigating SINGLE motherhood. It’s just different. It’s more complicated, it’s eye opening and quite the learning experience. Our standards and perspectives change right alongside our bodies. What we wanted before our children may not be good enough for us after we’ve had them. What we were willing to accept pre-motherhood just may not be an option anymore! Are we actually ready or just lonely?? Before getting back out there, those are just a few of the things you have to be able to pinpoint just to ensure that you are actually emotionally and mentally prepared for what’s in store. That’s why Kam uses this episode to talk to mommies about the stigmas surrounding single motherhood. Do good men date single moms? Do single moms deserve to find happiness and true love? At what point is it safe to start dating again? So many questions! Does Kam have the answers! Press play and find out for yourself!
