We were out and about quite a bit lately. The Westfield Century City mall opened this week and we were lucky enough to go to the grand opening where DNCE and the Village People performed. As part of a sponsored campaign, we visited Adventist Health White Memorial Hospital and learned about diabetes health and all that the hospital is doing to help the community of East Los Angeles. Sarah went to a talk about the impact that sugar has on your brain and overall health (which has made me sugar-free for the last couple of days!). Then we chat a bit about the Las Vegas shooting and what it means or doesn't mean for the future.
