I’m thrilled to have Dr. Gala Gorman as my special guest today and we’re chatting about getting to the root causes of any symptoms we experience. Instead of reaching for the pain reliever or antacid, it’s time to pay attention to any symptoms we experience because something is causing it. Don’t just take a Tylenol to get rid of a headache; examine WHY you have a headache to begin with.

If we continue to treat ONLY the symptoms, eventually our body will become overworked and won’t be able to fight off disease.
