Have you ever struggled with an addiction? Maybe you’ve never tried drugs or alcohol or nicotine, but there is something just as addicting that you’re probably holding in your hands right now. That’s right, your cellphone.

In this episode I am joined by my friend Will as we discuss the findings of a summer-long experiment about screen time. Have you ever consider going a few hours without your phone? How about a whole day? While there are many positive things that can come from smart phones, there are many negatives as well. Some of the topics covered in this episode include: apps we found we could go without, getting and keeping accountability, and setting realistic standards for screen time. Listen in to find out how fasting from screen time affected our mindset for the summer and our outlook on life.

Will Allen is a super talented filmmaker (among other things). I feel honored to be able to call him a friend.
