Many people like to invest in Apartment complexes, which Aaron says is okay, but it is far easier and requires less capital to at least start with Single Family Homes. He is concerned about the large number of houses that are being purchased by large outfits, and that someday it might be hard to find a decent house to buy to live in. Therefore, part of his strategy to to make sure that he and those he works with will at least have something for themselves.
