Lorraine Dunk is the owner, master roaster and blender at Crafted Coffee, a boutique roastery situated in the South Downs National Park just outside Chichester in the UK. Lorraine sells her carefully sourced coffees through farmers markets in the area, some retail stockists and on-line sales. Crafted Coffee is not large enough to buy directly from coffee producers but Lorraine ensures that she can trace each batch of beans that she buys back to the farmers, ensuring that they are paid fairly and the right on-farm environmental protocols are followed. The Crafted Coffee website is full of information to check out when you have heard the podcast.

Brazil Ipanema, matched with The Dalmore Cigar Malt single malt whisky.

Old Brown Java, matched with Highland Park 18yo single malt whisky. This whisky is quite difficult to get and is more expensive than my usual recommendations - I just happened to have some! An alternative would be Oak Cross from Compass Box, a complex, spicy whisky for reflective sipping.
