Within months of moving to LA from NY last year, Tracy Komlos had already become a super-connector and force for community in town. In this episode, we talk with Tracy about how she started her journey as a community-builder, her multiple projects, and what it takes to cultivate community in your own life. Tracy first made a career out of community-building by founding Pangea, the #1 leading retreat company for female entrepreneurs. Since then, Tracy has co-founded LA Hike Club, a group that meets weekly on Wednesdays to hike in LA. It snowballed from her and her roommate last year to a group of nearly 1,000! Tracy discusses how she developed her own community out of a personal feeling of disconnectedness and what she does to cut through the small talk to “go deep quick” with those in her community.
