In this season of the ‘More Than Sunday’ podcast, we're partnering with Austin Street Center to better understand homelessness, advocacy, and empowerment. Hosts Rohini Drake, Director of Online Ministry at First United Methodist Church Richardson, and Daniel Roby, CEO of Austin Street Center, are joined by a new guest each week. In this episode, we sit down with Wayne Walker, who serves as the CEO and Pastor to the homeless at OurCalling. In 2001, Wayne, along with his wife Carolyn, started serving the homeless community in Dallas and founded OurCalling in 2009. Please join us as Wayne shares how utilizing cooperative collaboration is an incredibly effective way to serve the needs of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
