Today's headlines: Kansas voters rejected a measure that would remove the right to an abortion from the state constitution, while a bipartisan group of senators have introduced legislation that would codify the right to an abortion into federal law. Then, The DOJ has filed its first lawsuit since Roe was overturned against a state abortion ban, Florida’s abortion plan is being challenged in new lawsuits by 7 religious leaders in the state, and the senate voted last night to pass legislation expanding health care benefits the millions of veterans.
