Nedd Brockman went viral around the world in 2022 when he became the fastest Australian to run across the country, covering almost 4,000 kilometres over 47 days.

took to Instagram on Thursday night to declare his world-record attempt which will begin on October 3 this year.

The 25-year-old Brockmann aims to be the fastest person to cover 1000 miles (1610 km) on foot which will begin on October 3 this year, breaking a record in the process which currently stands at 10 days, 10 hours, 30 minutes and 36 seconds.
