Matt Bove of the New Jersey Herald is one of the area's best high school sports beat writers, covering high school sports mostly in Sussex County. Morris Sussex Sports interviewed him to discuss his recent article, "Area excelling on football field with safer game despite drop in numbers", to discuss the dwindling numbers of high school football and the future of this beloved sport. We also discussed the 2018 football season highlights, coaches, and memorable moments. Bove also gave a little preview of what we can expect in wrestling, and girls and boys basketball in Sussex County this winter.
