For many trade businesses, some employees may have this way of thinking. Many embark on this crusade only to find out later that they’ve created another job that they own. Only a few understand that there’s a whole other set of skills that it takes to build a real business.

Owner, founder, and operator of T&C Plumbing and Electric; Tanner Wesson always knew that he wanted to start his own company that is built solely to help people. After 10 years of plumbing & construction service, it was in 2020 when Tanner & Company was ready to begin. With dreams to service all of Middle TN with gusto, Tanner has done a great job of surrounding his company with individuals who are great at what they do, & love doing it. As the owner, he holds the passion & integrity of T & C Plumbing & Electric, which is clearly illustrated through the employees who come to work hard for him every day. Tanner loves going to Mexican restaurants, & spending time with his two kids.
