The Mostly Middle Tennessee Business Podcast went remote in a *very* mostly way. We were invited to have a booth at the Music City Drum Show and talk to several drummers, entrepreneurs and manufacturers about the various facets of the music business.

In this special episode, we hear all about Hayley Cramer and her life journey so far.

She shares her journey, starting at age 11 or 12 when she first played drums and knew it was her calling. Despite early struggles, including financial hardships and navigating a male-dominated industry, Haley's dedication led to significant achievements, including working with Tom Zutaut and performing in high-profile bands. She discusses the evolution of support for female musicians, her current transition from a long-term gig with Pop Evil to exploring new creative projects, and the importance of self-motivation in the music industry. Haley also touches on personal interests like cooking and her love for soccer.
