Many of us tend to have a love hate relationship with bread. We love it but our tummies no likey. When it comes to Delices De France, an organic bakery stand in Los Angeles, it's a whole different story. And the story begins with Rania. Rania owns Delices De France and prides herself on not only making breads that are all organic and chemical free but also understanding the needs of her customers. Specifically, their sensitivities and allergies. I met Rania while searching for bread that wouldn't hurt my tummy. The good news? I was able to eat Rania's bread problem-free! The even greater news, I got to hear a bit of Rania's story and I was surprised to find that for such a flourishing young business owner she had never planned on ever having a business. Nor moving to the US of A. In this episode, hear Rania's story of how a young woman from Tunisia with a degree in clinical psychology came to the states, started a bread company in the midst of dire circumstances, and grew in rising confidence.

Rania has now branched into catering with a Mediterranean emphasis. To reach Rania email delice.france@gmail.com
