In this episode, we'll discuss the chilling unsolved case of Karina Holmer. Karina was a Swedish au pair looking for new experiences and to meet people in America. On the Summer Solstice, June 1996, she went missing and was later found murdered with only her upper torso ever being discovered. Details in the case are chilling and suspects are numerous.
