In this episode, I am sharing a recent moment of destructive behavior and how I worked through it and recovered in a healthy way.

Last week, I yelled “SHUT UP” at my husband and slammed a door after having a frustrating conversation with one of my kids.

You’ll hear the details of what happened, how I worked through it to stop myself from escalating to any further destructive behaviors, as well as how I recovered so that I am no longer carrying the guilt of my actions.

In sharing these “Confessions of an Angry Mama” episodes, I hope to help you see that although we cannot get rid of anger, we can learn how to turn our messy moments over to the Lord. He then restores and refreshes us so we can keep walking forward with Him on our motherhood journey.

I invite you to listen in and stay for this journey.

Please like, subscribe, rate, review, and share so we can help other mamas who are feeling stuck in their anger and burnout get unstuck and find JOY in their motherhood journey!
