What does cleaning our house have to do with your weight loss goals?

Everything!

The more you move, the more you burn, AND the more you increase you feelings of pride, excitement and build habits that are beneficial to you in MULTIPLE ways. This way, if you get in the habit of vacuuming your house a few times a week - even when you aren't feeling motivated to do it for your weight loss goals, you still may keep it up because you become addicted to that fresh clean feeling - and hence, support your calorie burning at the same time.

The more you can set into place, things that are beneficial to you in multiple ways, the more likely they will stick as part of your routine and will ultimately help you to burn more, lose more and stay at your goal weight!
