The two discuss his background, the challenges of running as a conservative Democrat in a red state, and some of the issues Williams will tackle as the state's chief executive.
Williams is a three-term Mayor for the City of Huntington, a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, and a businessman with a background in finance.
