ou are a spiritual being, your life is an awakening to that. We are all doing that. Strip away the details of what these processes look like ultimately underneath it we are desiring a feeling, a feeling of expansion - to be in union with our spirit and who we are. The rigidity of how we operate and what we believe to be true that keep us limited is what disconnects from that and we feel it. It feels like contraction, it feels like heaviness, it feels like fear.
