Trust in the criminal justice system is falling in direct proportion to how politicized our prosecutors are becoming. Alex Xenos explains why it's happening and what needs to be done.

The term "peaceful protesters" is becoming strained by the actions of pro-Palestinian activists who threatened to kill both the president and the provost of George Washington University. Nate Phipps says those protests show the destructive side of anti-Israel activism. The Murthy ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in June, was deeply concerning for advocates of free speech. Matt Cookson points out that the door has been left open for Congress and the president to protect free speech.
