I have a masters in Psychology from N.C. Central University and completed 140 hours of doctoral training in marriage and family therapy at Virginia Tech. I have conducted several workshops and conferences on relationships, and held panel discussions on marriages and divorce. The main focus of my work is in relationship/family consultations, and divorce interventions. My status as a relationship expert comes with over 10 years of experience and several publications in the field of marriage and family relationships. Currently, I am a professional Relationship/Life Coach at www.relationshipcoach.pro I see couples who would like to understand the roots of how their communication breaks down and how it impacts the children. What’s unique and sets me apart from other coaches, therapists, and counselors is the fact that all my sessions last for a minimum of two hours or more. I knew as a student that the clinical hour (which is 50 minutes) was not enough time for 3 adults to have any meaningful conversation that could impact the relationship in a significant way. My mission is to put Black families back together again and heal from the past traumas brought on by slavery, Jim Crow, and modern-day employment drama. I fight for the children whose parents are trying to put the family back together again!
