My guest today isn’t a creator in the normal way you might think. They don’t take photos or paint pictures (they did model for a little bit but that’s a different story for another time).
Rather they help others to create better lives for themselves. They use the art of psychology, holistic healing, and mindfulness to guide others to a better state of mind. My guess today is Karina Gutierrez the founder of MyStrategicSoul.
And aside from being my coach, counselor and one of my clients! Karina is an amazing energy to be around and talk to.
Her story has some highs and some lows, but she’s been shaped by those experiences and made better by them. Like we all are.
