Tim Mai is a real estate fund manager and entrepreneur based in Houston, Texas.
After overcoming a challenging childhood that included war, escape from pirates, and life in a refugee camp, he arrived in Houston at age 12, speaking no English.
Tim has acquired and exited over $50M worth of real estate and is currently a partner (GP & LP) in over 3,800 multifamily units.
He also founded HERO Wealth Fund, working with passive investors to help them achieve financial goals.
An educator at heart, Tim co-founded the Teen Millionaire Challenge and has made notable contributions to charitable causes.
