On today’s episode we are talking about How To Calculate The Cap Rate On Apartment Buildings The Cap rate is calculated by dividing the NOI Net Operating income by the sales price. You calculate The NOI by subtracting the income from the expenses. Once you subtract the income from expense you have the noi, and then you take the noi and divide it by the sales price to get the cap rate.
