Rahanna Bisseret Martinez was a finalist on Top Chef Junior in 2018. Since then, she’s interned with such acclaimed chefs as Nina Compton, James Beard and Emerill. Oh, and she's only 16 years old! Rahanna, who is Haitian, Mexican and African-American, talks to Kim about how her family has influenced her unique culinary style, being a finalist on Top Chef Junior, and her interview with the LA TIMES regarding the need to celebrate the black lives that have created the L.A. food community.
