In this week’s episode, I had to pleasure of talking with Azalia, who is a mum illustrator, storyteller, content creator, mental health advocate, and influencer( Talk about wearing many hats).

We met in the most interesting way and have been kindred spirits ever since. I believe she has one of the coolest pages on Instagram, which she dedicates to mums and advocates mental health.
Check out her page here:https://www.instagram.com/azaliasuhaimi/

We dived into some of the raw emotions and struggles she went through when becoming a mum for the first time and how professional help gave her the tools to cope.
Azalia was recently featured on Huffington Post. Check out the article here:https://www.huffpost.com/entry/motherhood-comics-dear-mama_l_63bc70f3e4b0ae9de1c09542
