Today we chat with DeeDee Keel, a true rock and roll fan and proud Groupie. No wonder the rock and roll lifestyle chose DeeDee, growing up in Venice Beach, she had Jim Morrison as a neighbour! What did DeeDee's dad say to warn her about Jimmy? Did she listen?

DeeDee recalls many incredible stories growing up on the Sunset Strip as well as her experiences working at the Whisky A Go Go between the years of 1971 and 1983! How can you NOT collect wonderful memories working at this place at the height of rock excellence? She was a part of the Led Zeppelin crew, and had her own unique ways of "bagging the rock star".

DeeDee also has experience going on tour with her husband, Ron Keel and tells us: Is it really all it's cracked up to be? What did she like about the touring life and what is she happy to have left behind? DeeDee is still rockin', you can hear her on her monthly radio show as the Rock Zone Reporter for WDLJ- KM Radio 97.5FM The Rock!

When we first read DeeDee's story in Pamela Des Barres' book "Let's Spend the Night Together", we hoped some day we would get the chance to speak with her. What amazing piece of advice does DeeDee end the show with? You'll have to listen to find out!
