Hi Ohana,

today I have singer/songwriter Isaac Tyler with me. He's a good friend of George Holliday which I've had on a couple of episodes back. Together they've worked on "Young & Free" and "All Drained Out" on a converted bus through Europe. T

oday I get to hear Isaac's story. We talked about how powerful songwriting is. How you can take a negative experience and turn it into something positive by writing a song about it! He also shared his secret of not always being to come up with great songs right away. That it takes time and he told me a little trick he likes to use when he gets stuck in a writing session with other musicians. Isaac also gave away what makes a great song and shared his major secret of getting things done. His biggest advice is "the more you write, the better you get!". Isaac also took me behind the scenes of the song "All Drained Out" and what the song is really about. You'll never guess, it's quite funny!

Have fun!
