Rob, who is currently CEO of Sony Music Group and rated as the 2nd most influential man in the industry in 2022 on the 'Billboard Power 100 Rankings'. He talks how his skills in this industry have helped him work with the Luton board to improve the club in recent years

He is a very open and humble guest who also speaks about how he loved sitting in varying parts of the Kenilworth Road ground and how he may have been one of the reasons the dugouts swapped sides of the pitch in the 90's
