Morgan E. Wilson Jr. is the former Director of Agency Affairs for Kaplan Higher Education and has over 30 years as a B to C sales professional. Twenty of those years have been in the proprietary school industry and ten years in the insurance and financial services industry. During his career with John Hancock Financial Services as a captive and independent agent, he obtained securities licenses (Series 6 & 63) for financial planning and established a lucrative book of business. With respect to the proprietary school industry, Mr. Wilson’s accomplishments have been numerous; consistently he’s received Admissions Counsel for excellence, Circle of Excellence awards, and the prestigious Campus Pillar award for his vision in advancing agency contract development with Kaplan Higher Education and the state of Pennsylvania’s Welfare to Work and Workforce Development efforts.
In January of 2014, Mr. Wilson transitioned from Kaplan and in 2016 decided to lend his management and entrepreneurial skills to his wife, Author and Relationship Therapist Dr. Argie Allen-Wilson, former Director of Clinical Training at Drexel University. He is now the COO of F.A.I.T.H Connects and Co-founder of Connections Matter LLC and more recently, Co-founder of a non-profit MHFC (Mental Health First Connects)
